Keef, one of the original cannabis beverage brands, partnered with Telegrafik to evolve its identity for the next phase of growth. As the brand expanded into new markets, including California, the opportunity was clear: refine the positioning, unify the portfolio, and modernize the system without losing the irreverent, social spirit that made Keef iconic. We reframed the brand around a more contemporary role for cannabis beverages—one that aligns with how consumers actually drink today: social, approachable, and seamlessly integrated into everyday occasions. From there, we built a cohesive brand system designed to scale—aligning product, messaging, and design into a unified, high-performing whole.
We brought that system to life across the full portfolio, developing a flexible visual language rooted in bold color, illustration, and personality. A hand-lettered logo and custom typography established a distinctive voice, while packaging systems created clear differentiation across product lines. In a regulated environment where opaque packaging limited product visibility, we leaned into color and bespoke illustration to communicate flavor and stand out on shelf—using bright, energetic palettes for classic sodas and a more refined, muted approach for seltzers. The system extended across beverages, CBD products, oils, vapes, and digital, including a refreshed website. The result is a unified, modern brand presence—built to scale, strengthen shelf impact, and drive continued growth in a rapidly evolving category.
